We’re one week into the 2012 State Fair of Texas, and it’s been quite an experience this year. The Fair really upped the irons for us this year, and built a new stage for us. It’s round, and it spins. It take just under four minutes to complete a revolution. I know I’m still getting used it; I’ve never been much for rides. That’s more Tim’s thing. And Roberta’s. And, well, okay, everyone else likes rides. But it’s nice getting to see folks all around us. And to see who’s still hanging out with us next time the stage comes ’round.

Still plenty of time to catch us, everyone. The State Fair goes on everyday until October 21.
