Gary Thorne plays the electric bass guitar and provides the in-the-pocket rhythm for the band.

Born in Dublin, Ireland, Gary found his way to Texas via California and began playing professionally at the age of 19.  Graduating from The University of North Texas with a degree in Philosophy, Gary quickly became a recognized player in the well-known North Texas music scene, and for the past 13 years has called Denton, TX home.  He continues to be a first-class bassist, and has also become an accomplished guitar player and songwriter for the band. With influences ranging from folk to heavy rock, Gary’s melodic bottom-end groove and wide range are a pivotal force behind the driving sound of the band.
