Day 8…Gone to the dogs!

Hey my fellow Killdarians!!
I just had to drop everyone another quick update from day 8 of the fair. In keeping theme with my previous post concerning all of the animals, our 6:00 set today just went to the dogs!
By dogs, I mean our fair buddies, the show “Dancing with the Dogs.” These guys and gals do shows the same time we do so the only time we get to see them is our last set of the day because they are finished with their show. They always come out and watch us and really get into it with us and the crowd….. Well, today they brought out their puppies with them and I tell you, it was a hoot! They got up in front of the stage with the dogs while we were playing and really were Dancing with the Dogs. People were stopping and watching and just having a ball at the specticle! Dogs were dancing to Killdares music, people were dancing and clapping…and it was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever witnessed! We had close to 500 people just having a great time with all if us! You never know what’s gonna happen at the fair! If you’re around to see us, the 6:00 show may have dogs or various other fun stuff included! Gonna have to YouTube it for posterity!
I wanna give a big shout and thanks to the Dancing with the Dogs folks and tell everone going to the fair to catch at least one if their shows when they’re not watching us or eating Fletcher’s corny dogs!

Did you post pictures of yourselves with the dancing dogs at your show?
We were at the 6 o’clock show on the 2nd, and I can tell you it rocked. The crowd was really into it, and kept getting larger and larger as the set went on. The band was just right on, and did a super job in involving everyone in the festivities. One of the most fun Killdare sets we have been to. Hoping to see the band in Ft. Worth soon!
